Bachour Bakery Review: Best breakfast in Miami

Amazing croissants at Bachour Bakery Miami

Our Rating

After an absolutely amazing dinner at Alter we met the owner Javier and his beautiful wife and discussed our love for food and traveling over wine. He told me he had a bakery in Brickell and since we were going there the next morning we knew where we needed to go for breakfast. Bachour Bakery! Their bakery is absolutely spectacular. Gorgeous open space with high ceiling and a nice area outside.

We started with some croissant and a guava and cheese danish they sent us. We devoured them all, I specially couldn’t stop eating the dulce de Lethe croissant.

I went for the tuna tartare on toast after gorging on sweets. Beautiful pieces of perfect tuna on top of spicy mayo that was gently smeared on the bread. I wish the toast was a bit thinner though.
